Facility Rules
- This property is for members only, dues must be current or daily fees paid. Our insurance policy specifies everyone on the property must sign a yearly or daily release. Daily guests and rider must sign a release, daily rider fee is $20. If release is not signed by rider and or guests you are trespassing. During a race event everyone must sign a release. Riders are responsible for their guests and pit area. Any member not working on race event day must sign a release and pay to watch the event. [By signing a release, you become a member for the day or year and as a member/owner you cannot sue yourself and are thereby taking responsibility for yourself and accept any liabilities in the event of injury you may sustain.]
- Drugs are prohibited on the property, operation of any motorized vehicle on the property when alcohol has been consumed is prohibited. No alcohol permitted in pits during race events.
- Arguing, fighting, intimidation or abusive language to any member is prohibited and the club reserves the right to request you vacate the premises and if necessary contact local law enforcement.
- Helmets are required for anyone riding on any of our tracks. Youth riders, under age 16, are required to wear a helmet when riding anywhere on the property.
- “Utility quads only” are permitted on the property. Race quads are ONLYpermitted on the short-track with flat track tires.
- No knobby tires are permitted on the short track or half mile racing surfaces.
- No unauthorized cars/trucks permitted on short track or half mile racing surfaces.
- Only officers of the club or designated personnel can operate club equipment.
- If half mile and/or short track racing surfaces are too muddy or soft from rain, do not ride on them.
- Always clean up your pit area when leaving and extinguish all campfires.
- 4 days prior to race events the short track and/or half mile will be closed for practice to prepare tracks for the event.
- Pets must be on a leash during event days or whenever someone is riding on the tracks. You are responsible for your pets’ attitude and cleaning up after your pet. Please keep pets away from grandstands during a race event.
- On event days, the motocross track will be closed to ALL riders from the time the EMT’s arrive until the last checkered flag of the day is thrown.
- Ride in designated areas only. No burnouts or donuts are permitted in the gravel drive or walkways.
- DO NOT leave any TIRES, trash, etc on club grounds.
